This chasuble was worn by Pope Benedict XVI, during his visit to Brasil in May 2007. In Cantate fabric of 99% wool and 1% lurex (golden thread). Width 63" (160cm) - Length 49" or 53" (135cm). Unlined with inside stole. Low stand-up collar (3.5") embroidered. Machine embroidered with gold and silver threads on handwoven banding in Seta fabric, with embroidery on the sides and embroidered neck. With embroidered roll collar "3". The hand-woven band has random knots woven into the fabrics. These are not considered as flaws, but enhance the rustic beauty of this fabric. Colors: white, red, green, purple
